He was born May 13, 1936 in Ashland.
He is survived by his wife, Janet Alberta Kimbler Sparks; sons, Edward Sparks, Jr. , Wayne, Sparks, and Scott Sparks; daughter, Judy Lynn Carrick; grandchildren, Sundance Sparks and Wayne Sparks, Jr.; great grandchildren, Pheonix Sparks and Trace Edward Sparks.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
