Kimberly Kay Fields Westurn

Kimberly Kay Westurn, 57, of Catlettsburg, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, April 24, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.
She was born August 30, 1959, in Ashland, a daughter of Betty Bellomy Fields of Ashland and the late Charles Robert Fields.
Kim was a member of CentrePointe.Church. She was a 1977 graduate of Boyd County High School and a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University. She worked for Kelley Galloway Smith Goolsby and loved listening to Gospel music.
In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Nevin Lee Westurn of Catlettsburg; sons, Nathan Charles Westurn of Louisville and Nicholas Lee Westurn of Catlettsburg; sisters, Rhodonna Fields of Ashland, Leigh Ann (Tim) Daniels of Catlettsburg, and Kristal (Paul) Service of Pickens, SC; two special cousins, Sherry (Bill) Adams of The Woodlands, TX, and Beth (Bill) Merchant of Naples, FL; father and mother in law, Norman and Sharon Westurn of Brown Summit, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, family members and dear friends.
A celebration of Kim’s life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel with Pastor Tim Daniels, Pastor Paul Service and Pastor Zach Daniels officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
