Beth Ann Lowe

Beth Ann Lowe, 49, of Westwood, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Beth was born September 10, 1971 in Ashland, a daughter of Gerald (Carolyn) Lowe of Ashland and Linda Hoffman Franz of Ashland.
Beth was preceded in death by her step father William Roy Franz.
Beth was a 1989 graduate of Boyd County High School and earned her Associates degree from Ashland Community and Technical College. She worked for several years with Cintas in the public relations department.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her brothers Matt Lowe of Quebec, Canada, Chris Franz and wife Vanessa of Tampa, FL, nephews Kyle and Derrek Lowe, her uncle Gene Hoffman, special friends Amanda Fannin, Lori Miller, Tina Arthur, Kelli Peters and Angie Delong. The family would also like to extend a special heartfelt thank you to the staff of OSU Medical Center and her nurse Katie Bishop for the exceptional care provided to Beth during her illness.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel by Dorothy Lehman and Laurell Zinn. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
Visitation will be at the funeral home prior to services from 11:00am till service time at 1:00.
