Betty Ilene Chrisman, 74, of Ashland, died Saturday, November 25, 2017 in King's Daughters Medical Center.
She was born March 15, 1943, in Johnson County, Kentucky, to the late Perry and Cynthia Collins. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Alberta Collins.
She is survived by two sons, Ray Collins (Debra) and Bill Collins; brothers, Ed Collins (Joyce) and John Collins; sister, Janice Overton; 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, December 4, 2017, at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel. Burial will follow in Winslow Cemetery.
