Billy Joe Cline

Billy Joe Cline, 51, passed away at the Hospice Care Center on August 23, 2018. He was born on December 6, 1966 in Ashland to the late William Carl Cline and Helen Elizabeth Presley Cline of Ashland, Ky.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, B.J. Cline, Brady Cline and Travis Cline all of Ashland; His daughter Alyssa Sparks also of Ashland; Brothers, Steve Back and wife Terry of Columbus, OH, Roger Back, Robert Cline and James Cline and wife Tonya all of Ashland, Ky.; a sister Kim Owens of Ashland; five grandsons and one granddaughter.
Private funeral services will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel with Chaplain Jimm Smedley officiating. Burial will follow in Dixon Cemetery.
