Brenda Lee Brown

Brenda Lee Brown, 54, of Ashland, was born January 19, 1967 and returned to her Heavenly Father on Friday, May 7, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Brown.
Brenda was a 1985 graduate of Paul G. Blazer High School and a 1989 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University. A devout Christian, she was a member of Wildwood Baptist Church where she volunteered with Operation Christmas Child. She was the owner of Brown Advertising Specialty Company where she helped countless clients with their customized needs. In her spare time she enjoyed tennis, pickle ball, hiking and traveling.
Brenda raised her son Cameron, with love and dedication. Caring for her son was Brenda’s passion and her commitment was always on full display. She always had his best interests at heart.
A fiercely loyal, dedicated, and loving woman, Brenda will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
Those left to cherish her memory include her adoring son, Cameron Lee Brown; mother, Margaret Crum Brown; sister, Angie (Brad) Pennington; niece and nephew, Laney and Drew Pennington; special friend, Tom Leach; and a host of extended family members and friends.
A celebration of Brenda’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021 at STEEN FUNERAL HOME CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL with Pastor Brian Baer officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until service time Saturday, at the funeral home.
Face coverings and social distancing will be required by all in attendance.
