Carole Ann Slone, 75, of Palm Bay, Florida, formerly of Ashland, died peacefully Tuesday, February 6, 2018 in William Childs Hospice House.
She was born May 13, 1942, in Pikeville, KY, a daughter of the late Charles S. and Josephine Poole Smith.
Survivors include her loving husband, Bobby Gordon Slone; sons, Robert (Kasey) Slone, and Michael (Deanna) Slone; sister, Jeanne Ingram, brother, Charles Smith; grandchildren, Erin, Brooke and Chase; and great grandson, Colton.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel with Pastor Joey Kennedy officiating. Entombment will follow in Ashland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the funeral home.
