Carolyn Huff Gullett

Carolyn Sue Huff Gullett, 90 of Ashland, KY passed away at University of Kentucky Medical Center on May 3, 2022. She was born in Rush, KY on December 8, 1931 to the late John Adolph and Edna Sexton Huff. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Ted Gullett, a daughter Gayle Gullett, brothers Johnny V. Huff, Joe Huff, James Rupert Huff, and a sister Janet Adkins.
She was retired from Ashland Oil, Inc. where she was supervisor of the telephone department with 26 years of service. She was also a member of Grassland Community Church.
Carolyn is survived by her children Terry (Brenda) Gullett and Marilyn (Bish) Runyan both of Ashland, KY, grandchildren Jason (Mary) Gullett, Garret (Jessica) Gullett, Clayton Gullett, Josh (Sarah) Runyan, and Rachel (Micah) Wilcox and great grandchildren Sam and Harper Runyan, Adia, Isla and Ike Wilcox, Aiden and Elizabeth Gullett, and Sylas Gullett as well as siblings Mona Leibee, Adele Mullins, George “Tom” Huff and Robert “Tim” Huff.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM at STEEN FUNERAL HOME-CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL with Reverend Jeffrey Huff officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM.
