Charles Lacy Picklesimer

Charles Lacy Picklesimer, 58, of Boyd County, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, after a short illness.
Charles was born October 25, 1963, in Ashland, Kentucky a son of the late Farmer and Elouise Howard Picklesimer. In addition to his parents, a half-brother, John Picklesimer; wife, Teresa Tomlin Picklesimer and wife, Melissa Picklesimer preceded him in death.
Charles was a Boyd County High School graduate and attended Ashland Vocational School. He worked for Mr. Gatti’s Pizza in Boyd County until its closing.
Survivors include a daughter, Kristy Picklesimer Ross (Sarah), of Huntington, WV; son, Charles Wayne Picklesimer of Ashland; loving companion, Brenda Bundy; sisters, Billie Jean Picklesimer Queen (Ronnie) of Catlettsburg, KY and Anita Louise Pickelsimer McKenzie (James) of Ashland, KY; two granddaughters, Dani and Emma Ross, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Picklesimer will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021, at STEEN FUNERAL HOME CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL with words of comfort provided by Bobby Carr. Burial will follow in the Howard Cemetery on Midland Trail Road.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.
