Craig Allen Clere

Craig Allen Clere, 58, of Ashland, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 in King’s Daughters Medical Center.

He was born November 27, 1960, in Ashland, Kentucky a son of Ralph and Margaret Terrill Clere of Ashland.

Craig was a 1978 graduate of Paul Blazer High School and he graduated from the University of Kentucky. He was employed as a Computer Instructor for a Business College in Lexington for 30 years. Craig was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church. He served as an election officer and enjoyed that greatly.

In addition to his parents, Ralph and Margaret Clere of Ashland; Craig is survived by a brother, John Clere and wife, Becky of Ashland; and three nieces, Megan, Julie and Mackenzie Clere, whom he loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel with Pastor Jeremy Couture officiating. Visitation will be from Noon until 1 p.m. Thursday, at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Craig’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choice.
