Dale Ernest Moncer

Dale Ernest Moncer, 71, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Community Hospice.

Dale was born January 21, 1951, in Westmoreland, West Virginia, a son of the late Franklyn Lawrence Moncer and Norma Irene Ward Moncer.

Dale served honorably in the United States Navy during Vietnam. He graduated with his Master's degree from Marshall University and retired from Hazardous Waste Management where he wrote many regulations for the state of West Virginia.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Barbara Moncer; two sons, Jason Moncer and Christopher Moncer; daughter, Cara Goodwin; brother, Gene Moncer; and 4 beloved grandchildren.
