Donna Kittle Williamson

Donna Kittle Williamson, 74, of Summit, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

Donna was born November 19, 1947, in Ashland, Kentucky, to the late Arthur Carl Kittle and Minerva Martin Kittle. In addition to her parents, a brother, Carl Edward Kittle preceded her in death.

After graduation from Boyd County High School in 1965, Donna continued her education at Morehead State University with undergrads and masters degrees. Her love of teaching children resulted in 43 years in the Boyd County School System.

Donna is survived by her son, Carl Ryan Williamson of Summit; a sister, Darlene Kittle Meyers and husband, Steve of Ashland; a sister in law, Jerri Kittle of Summit; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

In accordance with Donna’s wishes, she will be cremated and services will not be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Homes.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donna’s memory should be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater KY and Southern IN, 6100 Dutchmans Lane, Suite 401, Louisville, KY 40205.
