Ms. Stevens was born May 25, 1960 in Kenova, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Clarence and Aleia Ruth Finley Hogan.
Survivors include her son and daughter Aaron Stevens of Prichard, WV and Melanie Black of Trussville, AL.
Services are to be held at the convenience of the family.
