Eva Mae Fitch

Eva Mae Fitch, 101, of Pasadena, TX passed away at her residence on May 21, 2021. She is formerly of Ashland, KY and lived in Pasadena for 12 years. She was born on April 3, 1920 in George’s Creek, Lawrence County, KY to James and Nora Davis Fitch who preceded her in death as did her 10 siblings.
Eva Mae was a retired Social Services Director for Ashland Community College and was a member of Ashland’s Old Orchard Christian Church. More recently, she attended Baywood Church of Christ in Pasadena, TX.
Eva Mae is survived by many special nieces and nephews whom she adored. The family would like to give special thanks to Patty Fitch Jones her beloved niece who has loved and cared for her for many years. Gratitude is extended to Eva Mae’s Ashland friends David and Jeannie Jones for their love and support.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM at STEEN FUNERAL HOME 13TH STREET CHAPEL and will be officiated by Pastor Joey Kennedy. Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until service time at 1:00 PM.
