Frank DeMartino

Frank “Frankie D” DeMartino, 63, of Ashland, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, January 15, 2021.
He was born May 19, 1957 in Williamson, West Virginia, a son of the late Frank and Loretto DeMartino.
Frank was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Ashland. He was a graduate of West Virginia University and worked in chemical sales at Danaher.
Frank was an avid golfer, a 43 year member of Elks Lodge B.P.O.E 350 and served on the Ashland School Board for 10 years.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Dominic DeMartino of Ashland, KY, Madeliene DeMartino of Lexington, KY and Sam (Julie) DeMartino of North Port, FL; sisters, Carol (Bill) Boardman of Winter Spring, FL and Patricia Sheppard of Freeport, FL; grandchildren, Anna and Mia DeMartino; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church with V. Rev. D. Andrew Canon Garner, KHS, presiding.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Church.
In lieu of flowers, Frank requested contributions be made to Foundation for the Tri-State Community, James A. Anderson, Jr. Scholar/Athlete Award.
