Frank James "Frankie" Di Lego

Frank James “Frankie” Di Lego, 52, of Ashland, KY passed away unexpectedly on November 15, 2023 at his residence.
He was born on June 20, 1971 in Poughkeepsie, NY to Frank Charles and Diane Dean Di Lego of Ashland, KY. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Cheri Reeves Di Lego and a stepson Brandon Hobbs of Ashland, KY, a sister Patricia Ann Layton of Winter Garden, FL and a host of good friends and co-workers.
He attended Holy Family Catholic School and graduated from Paul G. Blazer High School. He also attended Eastern KY University in Richmond, KY. Frank was employed by Bob Evans for 17 years at the Cannonsburg, Kentucky location. Frank enjoyed his job at Bob Evans and all of his co-workers and friends there. He also had a small lawn care business for selected clients and neighbors. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, golf, hiking and rock collecting. Frank also enjoyed metal music in his spare time. He was a fun loving and gentle soul and was loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at STEEN FUNERAL HOME 13TH STREET CHAPEL with Father D. Andrew Canon Garner, KHS presiding.
Visitation will be from Noon until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
