Gayle Sue Dietrich

Gayle Sue Dietrich, 70, of Ashland, KY. passed away on June 21, 2019 at Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility. She was born in Wayne West VA on July 2, 1948 to James L. Runyon of Ashland, KY and the late Geraldine Peters Runyon. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her husband Harry Dietrich.
Sue was a member of Meade Station Church of God and was a homemaker.
In addition to her father she is survived by sons Chris Dietrich and wife Mary, Kenny Dietrich and wife Elisha both of Ashland, KY. brothers Jimmy Runyon and wife Terri of Catlettsburg, KY, Dale Runyon of Ashland, KY, Jeff Runyon and wife Phyllis of Catlettsburg, KY; a sister Ramona Wylie and husband Ed of South Point, Ohio; and seven grandchildren Chelsea Bonner, Tyler Dietrich, Marisa Salisbury, Madison Dietrich, Harley Paholsky, Ruthie Paholsky and Layla Brown.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel with entombment in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Monday from 12:30 until service time at 2:30 PM.
