Gladys Lucille Clark

Gladys Lucille Clark, 99, of Ashland, passed away Monday, December 3, 2018, at the home of her daughter.
She was born April 16, 1919, in Ashland, a daughter of the late James and Mary Burton Gauze. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Bennett Clark in 1984; son, James Clark; sister, Mary Frances McWhorter; three brothers, Harold, Joe and Bill Gauze; and a daughter, Karen VanHorn.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Norris Darling and husband Chauncey of South Point, OH, and Mary Dawnette Felty of Ashland; son in law, Richard VanHorn of Louisa; grandchildren, Scott VanHorn, Fred Norris, Misty Young and Derrick Felty; great grandchildren, Bradley VanHorn, Ethan and Haley Young and Emily and Matilyn Felty.
Visitation will be held from 1 until 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel. Graveside services will immediately follow at Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Chaplain Randy Tate officiating.
