Harry E. Gibbons Jr.

Harry E. Gibbons, Jr., 72, of Ashland, KY passed away at the Hospice Care Center on December 30, 2020. He was born on January 28, 1948 in Ashland, KY to the late Harry E. and Dorcas Richardson Gibbons.
He served proudly in the U.S. Navy and was retired from CSX. He also enjoyed playing golf in his leisure time.
Harry is survived by his twin daughters Tracey Bone and husband Jeff of South Point, OH and Stacey Fairchild and husband Jeff of Franklin Furnace, OH; a sister Belinda Brumfield and husband Bill of Russell, KY and grandchildren Nicole Smith, Dylan Smith, Michael Hern and Kristina Hern.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel at 12:00 Noon with Chaplain Jimm Smedley officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:00 Noon. Due to Covid restrictions we asked that those attending wear a mask and observe social distancing.
