Hazel Marie Caldwell

Hazel M. Caldwell 79, of Ashland, passed away Monday, November 23, 2020 at Boyd County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Hazel was born June 25, 1941, in Sydney WV, a daughter of the late Ruben and Jessie Ballengee Cornwell. In Addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Billie Joe Caldwell Jr. daughter Donna Kay Caldwell McCoy and 5 brothers and 3 sisters.

She is survived by three granddaughters, Brandi Eitniear, Lacey and Larissa McCoy.
