Homer Lee Miller

Homer Lee Miller, 80, of Ashland, died peacefully Thursday evening, April 21, 2022, in Community Hospice.

Homer was born on April 3, 1942 in Louisa, Kentucky. He was one of eleven children born to the late Albert and Della Childers Miller. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by nine siblings, Bascom Miller, John Miller, Ishmael Miller, Geneva Patrick, Albert Miller, Imogene Felix, Josephine Preece, Pauline Cook, and Fred Miller.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 60 years, Linda Brown Miller; two daughters, Cathy Miller and Linda Manley both of Ashland; brother, Jim (Lois) Miller of Grayson, KY; three grandchildren, Shawn (Lisa) Evans, Jeremy (Katie) Manley and Tiffany Evans; ten great grandchildren, Brandon, Layla, McKenzie, Desarie, Cadence, Dalton, Luke, Malachi, Madison and Maya; three great-great grandchildren, Bella, Isaiah, and Caden; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Westwood Wesleyan Church with words of comfort provided by Willie Evans.

Arrangements have been entrusted to STEEN FUNERAL HOME CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL.
