I am saddened by the loss of Gordy. I grew up in Rush and he was a good kind man. He gave me my first Harley ride, I wasn't even big enough to wrap my arms around him to hold on. I know he is at peace. My deepest condolences to the family, the club, the community.. rip my dear friend. And for those who wonder who I am, I'm Odie's oldest daughter...

I am so sorry for your loss of Gordy. He was one of a kind.. Always a smile and a story to tell. He had a softer side. He loved living plants. We would discuss Bonsai Trees at length. He will be greatly missed by his many customers, friends, and Family. See you on the Other Side. Ride On Gordy.

I grew up around the clubhouse and the BCB guys (and gals) and Gordy pulled me aside (more than once) and explained to me how to conduct myself. Never in a harsh way, more like uncle Frank. Looked out for me and I'm proud to call him my friend, and fortunate knowing it's mutual.
