Judith C. Coburn

Judith Carolyn Coburn, 72, of Worthington, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, in the Community Hospice Care Center.
She was born April 10, 1945, in Westwood, a daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Hall Fain. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Roger and Danny Fain; and a sister, Jennifer “Jenny” Stafford.
Judi was a 1963 graduate of Fairview High School. She joined Second National Bank in 1964, and later retired as Senior Vice President from Community Trust Bank after 42 years of service. Throughout her career she received many distinctions, including being awarded Advocate of the Year, Women in Business and was also Kentucky Colonel.
Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Ronald Coburn of Worthington; son, Ron Coburn of Bonita Springs, FL; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel with Chaplain Jimm Smedley officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.
Visitation will be from Noon until 1 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
