Judy Carol Rice

Judy Carol Rice, 81, of Ashland, died peacefully Friday, November 17, 2023 at her home.

Judy was born on October 20, 1942 in Huntington, West Virginia to the late Paul and Blanche McCloud Perdue. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Paul Edward Rice.

Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Samuel (Susan) Hunter, III; daughter, Kimberly (Doug) Skaggs; step son, Jeff (Melinda) Rice; grandchildren, Candace Skaggs (John) Howerton, Samuel (Alexandra) Hunter, IV; Alexandra (Shane) Hunter, Kylie Rice (Cameron) Claunch, Keelan Rice and Jordan (Amanda) Moore; several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Judy will be laid to rest with her husband, Paul at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, North East.
