Kevin Jean Swift Frame

Kevin Jean Swift Frame, 71, of Ashland, Ky., died peacefully Tuesday, November 17, 2020, in King’s Daughters Medical Center.
She was born February 15, 1949 in Ashland to the late Walter G. “Frog” Swift and Dixie Lee Pruitt Swift.
Kevin was a 1966 graduate of Paul Blazer High School and attended Morehead State University. She was a longtime member of Lifesong Church, Red Hat Society, Democratic Women’s Club, 66 Class Reunion Committee and was a Kentucky Colonel. Kevin retired as a social worker following a long career with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
Kevin was a ray of positivity, optimism and was a bright spot to anyone who met her. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. Her greatest joy was being surrounded by those she loved most and she worked selflessly to care for them.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband whom she recently celebrated 50 years of marriage, Ed Frame of Ashland; daughter, Mindy Henson and husband, Brian of Ashland; sons, Ryan (Heather Moore) Frame and Nathan (Amber Leibee) Frame of Ashland; sisters, Leslye Mason and husband, Randy of Cold Spring, Ky., and Susan Reliford of Ashland; aunt, Judy (David) Hill; lifelong friend, Corrine Gearhart; grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as Nana, Emily (David McIntosh) Martin, Logan Martin, Chloe Frame, Adam Frame, Peyton Moore, Mollie Moore and Layken Roach; one great grandchild, Oliver “Ollie” McIntosh and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
Live streaming of Kevin’s celebration of life will be available for viewing at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 21st by visiting steenfuneralhome.com. Services held in the funeral home will be private.
Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.
