Levi Flores Hernandez, infant son of Ruth Hernandez and German Flores passed away at U.K. Healthcare Birthing Center on October 3, 2020.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel at 1:00 PM with V.Rev.D.Andrew Canon Garner' KHS officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time. Burial will follow in Burns Howard Cemetery in Greenup County, Kentucky
