Lisa Ann Jackson Highley

Lisa Ann Jackson Highley, 45, of Ashland, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at her residence.

She was born in Ashland, Kentucky on September 6, 1977 to the late Ollie James Jackson Jr. and Caroline Sue Hale Jackson.

Lisa graduated in 1995 from Paul Blazer High School and attended Ashland Community and Technical College. She was a loving and devoted homemaker.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Jai Highley; son, Jai Highley, II; daughters, Ashley Highley Rust, Courtney Highley and Brittany Highley; brother, Ollie Jackson, III; sister, Crystal Jackson; and four grandchildren, Allycia, Austin, Dahson and Alec.

To honor Lisa’s wishes, she will be cremated, and her family will hold an intimate celebration of her life at a later date.
