Michelle Lynn Adkins, 50, of Ashland, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, October 8, 2018, in the Community Hospice Care Center.
She was born August 14, 1968, in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of Chester E. Adkins (Linda) of Orlando, Florida, and the late Darinda C. Savage.
Survivors in addition to her father and step mother include two children, Michael D. Adkins-Jenkins and Samantha A. Wheeler both of Russell; sister, Cheryl Belcher of Texas and two half sisters, Brenda Chagnon of Florida and Angela Dawn Cooley of Wyoming; and 4 step siblings.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
