Nina Lee Fields

Nina Lee Fields, 79, of Ashland, passed away September 10, 2018, in Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility.

She was born September 12, 1938, in Ashland, KY, a daughter of the late Giles and Roberta Banks Kitchen. In addition to her parents, Nina was preceeded in death by three sisters, Peggy Weaver, Willa Barker and Nancy Stewart.

She retired from Ashland Oil Inc. after many years of service.

Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Eric Preston Fields and wife, Yvonne of Kernersville, NC; two daughters, Beckee Young of Flatwoods, KY, and Natalie Fields of Ashland; two grandchildren, Connor Fields and Aidan Young and a host of loving nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at Ashland Cemetery with words of comfort provided by Chaplain Jimm Smedley.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Homes.
