Patty Jean Pack Moore Sword
Patty Passed away peacefully at the Hospice Care Facility after a 2 year struggle with dementia.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren and Martha Pack, her husband Harold Sword and two brothers James Warren Pack and Donald Pack.
Patty is survived by her children Kathy Moore of Catlettsburg, Lisa Maynard (Brookie) of Catlettsburg, Rob Moore (Ginny) of Florida and Jim Moore (Missy) of Ashland as well as a sister Carole Johnson of Cincinnati. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
