Paula Ann Harper

Paula Ann Harper, 63, of Garrison, KY, peacefully passed away Thursday, October 3, 2019 at the Hospice Care Center in Ashland with her loving husband and sister by her side.
Paula was born June 27, 1956 in Beckley, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Larry and Betty Stover Toner.
Paula had worked for many years in the automotive industry as an administrative assistant.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Rick Harper of Garrison, her sister Rhonda Carter of Florida and a host of extended family and friends.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
