Piper Marie White

Piper Marie White, 38, passed away Friday. Aug. 25, 2017. Piper was born June 20, 1979 in Ironton, OH, a daughter of Richard Allen “Dickie” and V. Diana Robinson White of Cincinnati, OH. Piper was a 1997 Graduate of Chesapeake High School and received her Bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University. She worked with her parents at the Lawrence County Airport in Chesapeake for a short time before starting a career in 2006 as a flight attendant with Net Jets, Inc. Piper loved to travel and got to see the world. She had a loving, kind spirit and never met a stranger. She had a special place in her heart for rescue animals and would help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by many. Piper was preceded in death by her grandparents Bruce and Ruth Robinson of Westwood and Jimmy and Wanda White of South Point. In addition to her parents she is also survived by her brother Garry Allen White of Columbus, OH, her sister Michelle Leigh White Morrison of Cincinnati, OH, nieces Alesha Morrison, Maya Morrison, nephew Ian Morrison, her lifelong friend Terra Nicholas Gardner and many, many dear friends and extended family members. Funeral services will be held 3:00pm Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at the Steen Funeral Home 13th St. Chapel by Kyle Burchett. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Burial Park.
