Ralph Dickerson Meade

Ralph Dickerson Meade, 77, of Ashland, KY passed away on Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Hospice Care Center. He was born in Ashland, KY on June 2, 1942 to the late William and Marie Fryer Meade. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers Billy and Carl Meade.
Ralph was retired from Armco Steel Corporation as a crane operator and was a member of Beech Street Christian Church.
He is survived by his loving wife Sandra Hart Meade; a son Dr. Jeffrey L. Meade (Sherry); daughters Robin Senters (Scott) and Rebecca Musser (Robert) all of Ashland, KY; a brother Gene Meade of Columbus, OH; sisters Juanita Mullens and Joyce Honeycutt both of Columbus, OH and Shirley Young (Don) of Ashland, KY; grandchildren Jeffrey L. Meade, Jr, Jordan Meade, Emily Roark, Ethan Senters, Elizabeth Senters, Hunter Musser and Sarah Musser; and a great granddaughter Kennedy Senters.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel and will be officiated by Reverend Paul Badgett. Entombment will follow in Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:00 PM.
