Robert D. James, 65, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. Robert was born Feb. 19, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio, a son of the late Robert Eugene and Frances Jean Zimmerman James.

Survivors include, his loving wife of 35 years Teresa Hudson James of Ashland, his daughter Holly Hudson James of Ashland, grandchildren Mia Hudson Gully and Max Gully.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home.
