Roberta Ruth McKenzie

Roberta Ruth McKenzie, 82, of Ashland, Kentucky, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at her residence.

She was born September 8, 1939, in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Bird Haney Glover. In addition to her parents, an infant son, Donald Joe McKenzie Jr., preceded her in death.

Ruth was a member of the Bear Creek Pentecostal Holiness Church. She served many years as a registered nurse.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband, Donald McKenzie; one daughter, Mary Jane McKenzie; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at STEEN FUNERAL HOME, CENTRAL AVENUE CHAPEL, with Pastor Mike Moore and Bro. Tyler Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be 12:00 until service time at the Funeral Home.
