Ruthlean Garcia, 64, of Ashland Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Ruthlean was born May 8, 1957 in Olive Hill, KY, a daughter of the late Kendal and Virginia Lemaster. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Angelo Garcia in 2012, a brother Jonathan Lemaster and a sister Charlotte Lemaster.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter Christina Garcia, a sister Cathy Lemaster and a host of extended family and friends.
