Vicki Kay Legg

Vicki Kay Legg, 78, of Catlettsburg, passed away Monday, April 5, 2021, at her residence.

She was born September 11, 1942, in Washington, DC, to the late Manna Lucas. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, C. Dale Legg in 2008.

Vicki retired following a 17-year career with Ashland Oil and was the former owner and operator of Spare Time Ceramic Shop. She attended England Hill Freewill Baptist Church in Catlettsburg KY.
Vicki was a member of Diamond Art Club. She loved being outdoors. She enjoyed camping, mowing grass and planting flowers.

Those left to cherish her memory include three daughters, Kimberly Woodard of Kenova, W.Va., Deann Carr and husband Chris of Austin, Ark., and Heather Legg (Tracey Thompson) of Summit; half-brother, Kent Sheets; grandchildren, Robert Boggs (Toni Lycans), Michael Carr, and Jessica Carr (Cliff); great grandchildren, Kaydin Legg, Tristan Carr, and Charlotte Carr; special friend, Dana Hicks and a crazy cousin, Janie.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Friday April 9, 2021 at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel with Pastor Willie May Officiating.

Visitation is from Noon until 1:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Milton Cemetery in Milton, W.Va.
