Virginia Sue Rines

Virginia Sue Rines, 35, of Ashland, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 in Jacksonville, FL. Virginia was born February 11, 1986 in Ashland. She is the daughter of David Gary Jackson and Angel Lee Christian Daniels.
Virginia attended Paul G. Blazer High School and Ashland Community College. She worked in several local area restaurants including Giovanni’s, Burger King and Pizza Hut to name a few. She also worked for Midwestern Beef Delivery, making many friends and new customers through this home delivery service of beef and seafood. She enjoyed working out at Planet Fitness and was a lover of the outdoors and nature.
In addition to her father David and mother Angel, Virginia is also survived by her sons Nate Rines and Issac Rines, her daughter Abigail Rines, brother, Jonathan (Patricia) Jackson and their children Noah, Ethan and Nevaeh, brother, David Gary Fair, brother, Matthew Jackson and brother, Austin Jackson, sister, Lisa (Steven) Daniels & their children Stevey, Victoria and Isabella, sister, Rosemary Fair & her son Adam, sister, Jessica Purvis and sister, April. Additional survivors include her stepfather Paul Breedlove, stepmother Lisa Jackson, extended family including, Margaret Bowling, Holly Rines & her son Seth and many, many family and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Thursday, July 29, 2021 at the Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel. Burial will be in the Christian Family Cemetery in Proctorville.
Visitation will be Thursday, prior to services, from 11:00am till service time at the funeral home.
