Willard J. Minnehan

Willard J. “Jerry” Minnehan, 81, of Ashland, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Minnehan was born July 29, 1937 in Ashland, a son of the late Willard and Vada Lake Erie Stevens Minnehan. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife Joyce Anne Clark Minnehan, a daughter Karina Minnehan, brothers Carl, Walter, David, J.D. and Harlan “Buck” Minnehan.
Jerry was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ashland. He retired after 37 years of service with AK Steel as a Combustion Clerk. He also served his country honorably with the United States Army.
Jerry is survived by his daughter Angela (Mark) Moore of Ashland, sister Myrna (Michael) Denney of Indiana, grandchildren Aaron Moore, Amanda Moore and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel by Pastor John Street. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 93. Friends may call from 12:30 till service time at the Mausoleum Chapel.
