William Frank "Bill" Layman

William Frank Layman, 80, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021.

He was born September 13, 1940 in Ashland, a son of the late Benjamin Frank and Flora Layman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann; brother, James Anford Kazee; and a sister, Isabell Songer.

Bill retired following a 40-year career with the City of Ashland and attended Wildwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include his brother, Charles Robert (Sharon) Layman of Ashland; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 1pm Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at Ashland Cemetery.
