Wilma Jean VanHoose

Wilma Jean Van Hoose, 82, of Ashland, Kentucky went to be with her Heavenly Father on February 27th, 2019 under Hospice care at the home of her son Walton and his wife, Mitzi in Hernando, Florida after an extended illness.

Wilma was born May 31, 1936 in Ashland, a daughter of Walt and Garnet Jones
Wilma was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceeded in death by her parents Walt and Garnet Jones, her husband, John Van Hoose, her son, Mark Van Hoose , her daughter Debbie Ross of Destin, Florida and great grandson, Kooper Desmond of Hernando, Florida. Two brothers, Walter Jones and Charles (Casey) Jones.
She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Ramey and one son, Dr. Walton Van Hoose (wife) Mitzi, a daughter-in-law, Kathy Van Hoose and a son-in-law, Randy Ross.
In addition, she is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, March 4, 2019 at the Ashland Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel by Pastor Danny Pancake. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.at the Mausoleum Chapel.
