I moved from Ashland, so I just heard about Frank's passing. I know Frank from his volunteer work at FCI Ashland. I thought very highly of Frank. His wisdom, commitment, and integrity still inspire me today. I'll never forget his many sayings, which still put a smile on my face. He was a great man who will be missed by many.
