October 4, 2017 11:25 PM

I knew Meghan thru school but it wasn't until she needed a helping hand and a place to stay that my father Patrick Hickman welcomed her in. Not as a girlfriend or anything like that, but as a child of God who needed a helping hand. At first, I was very quick to judge. But as I began to speak with her she was always talking about the Lord and how honored she would be to have a place in his kingdom. One night she cried to me as she spoke about the Lord and how forgiving he was. How he came into her heart and healed her, forgave her, and loved her. She talked about his kingdom and told me how she could only be as lucky to be invited into his home. For we are all children of God and I pray for Meghans family and friends and her child. I pray that God have mercy on whoever's soul that felt so deemed to take her life. No one deserved what they did to her. I pray that the Lord wraps his arms around your family and let you find the peace and comfort in knowing that she is in entranal peace and is a free soul now. God bless you all, in Jesus name.

I was devastated to hear about Meg. She was the sweetest, kindest, most loving angel on this earth. Now she is Heaven's most beautiful angel. Lea Ann, David and Amy I can't imagine the pain you are experiencing. May you find peace and comfort just knowing she has found peace and comfort in God's loving arms. I send all my love and prayers to you. God bless you dear Meghan.

I am so so sad to learn of this. Meg was so sweet and loving. I just cant believe it. I always looked for her car and hoped I would get to talk to her again. I have already been praying for Meg's family and will keep doing so. I hate this so much. I am also praying for justice for her.

Meg was one of my oldest friends. From kindergarten to adult life. She always had such a big heart and saw the beauty in everything. I'm gonna miss her so much. But I know, when God calls me home, she's gonna be one of the first I see and hug! Til then Meg, you're always in my heart.
